Software Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGER to lead complex, cross-functional software projects from planning through execution. You will play a critical role in shaping software project outcomes, aligning resources, managing timelines and budget as well as communicating progress to stakeholders at all levels.

Your responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution:

Manage end-to-end project plans — define scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics. Align execution with business and technical goals.

• Resource & Capacity Management:

Evaluate team bandwidth, delegate responsibilities, and reassign resources as needed to keep projects on track.

• Budget & Financial Oversight:

Develop and manage budgets, track actuals vs. forecasts, and ensure strong ROI and financial compliance.

• Timeline & Performance Tracking:

Monitor milestones and project health using modern project management tools. Provide clear updates and escalate blockers as needed.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as the go-to liaison for both internal teams and external partners. Ensure communication is consistent, transparent, and proactive.

• Change Management:

Evaluate scope or resource changes, implement change controls, and communicate impacts effectively across teams

Skills and Experiences

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary software projects in technology-driven environments.

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, SaaS/Local delivery models, or enterprise system integration projects.

• Hands-on experience with PM tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Strong financial acumen with skills in budget forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis.

• Comfortable operating in technical environments including cloud platforms, APIs, and agile software development lifecycles.

• Proven leadership and team coordination abilities, with a focus on collaboration, motivation, and trust-building.
